Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement key shopper programs to enhance brand value, drive category revenues, and increase sales volume.
  • Formulate trade channel strategies focusing on distribution, visibility, product assortment, promotions, and pricing.
  • Develop & implement promotion by channel by segment to maximize sales opportunity
  • Responsible for post-promotion analysis, competitor, and category reporting, and collaborate on category strategy development.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on promotions and marketing activities.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and events to support trade objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of trade marketing initiatives, analyzing sales data and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Responsible in Net Revenue Management (Gross to Net)
  • Develop and implement in-store consumer experience optimization plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, marketing or business development, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and trade marketing data analysis, with the ability to develop actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or trade marketing software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English
