Datadog is seeking a Group Marketing Manager, Koreato lead and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with our go-to-market plans. The strategic position will be responsible to develop, strategise and execute local field marketing programs in Korea that will fuel growth for business in the local market. We are looking for an exceptional incumbent who can lead and mentor a small team along with having hands-on experience and ability to execute marketing events, demand generation campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, strategize, and execute field marketing plans in Korea.
  • Lead and mentor a Localization Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with various APJ marketing functions, including Marketing Operations, ABM, and PR.
  • Create a comprehensive 360-degree Korea marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Execute demand generation activities and activate digital campaigns at scale.
  • Focus on demand generation with KPIs measured by MQL volume and pipeline contribution.
  • Proactively collaborate with various marketing teams to plan and execute larger portions of owned (DASH, Datadog Summit, and Datadog Live) and sponsored partner events (i.e. Reinvent & AWS).
  • Execute large-scale campaigns and closely monitor metrics such as pipe-to-spend ratio.


Who You Are:

  • 8-10 years of experience working in a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading a team.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement
  • comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Data-driven with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Experience with digital marketing and demand generation tactics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
