- Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and other relevant artifacts.
- Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and represent the company's interests.
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communications.
- 3-6 years of prior work experience as a SW developer or tester in Telecom Access or Core network products.
- Strong knowledge and domain experience in Datacom, L2 forwarding, QoS, VLAN, Redundancy, Resiliency, and L2 Protocols.
- Good understanding of IWF, SDKs, Network Processors, and Microcoding is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Go.
- Experience with Test Automation tools like Robo and Python.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A results-driven and proactive approach to work, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience in a similar leadership role or demonstrated potential for leadership and team management.
