Senior Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain driver-based forecasting models using advanced Excel 
• Build pacing curves and incorporate seasonality adjustments into projections 
• Translate business inputs such as offers, traffic, and conversion into performance forecasts 
• Perform scenario planning by converting assumptions into measurable outputs 
• Consolidate and structure data across multiple sources including channels, partners, and historical datasets 
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency in forecasting outputs 
• Build repeatable, process-driven forecasting methodologies 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in advanced Excel (modeling, scenario analysis, trend building) and Python.
• Solid understanding of forecasting techniques and business drivers 
• Ability to structure and integrate data from multiple sources 
• High attention to detail and data accuracy 
• Process-oriented mindset with focus on scalability and standardization 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Domain.
• Exposure to forecasting tools or statistical methods
