Campaign Operations Specialist – Marketing Automation
Role Overview
We are seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, email marketing, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to execute campaigns, manage marketing workflows, maintain CRM data quality, and provide performance insights. The candidate should be capable of independently managing campaign deliverables with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including emails, workflows, forms, landing pages, and automation programs.
- Build and manage audience segments based on campaign objectives and targeting requirements.
- Perform campaign QA to ensure accuracy of content, personalization, tracking, reporting, and user experience.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and recommend optimizations.
- Support lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and CRM data quality initiatives.
- Maintain marketing workflows, lead routing processes, and campaign documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report campaign performance metrics, engagement trends, and lead generation outcomes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Good understanding of lead lifecycle management and campaign analytics. Lead à SQL
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Good project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate excel skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Database Management & Governance
- Understanding of lead scoring models
Preferred
- HubSpot Certifications.
- Experience supporting B2B demand generation or ABM programs.
