Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with hiring managers to identify current
and future staffing needs.
· Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals, social media, and company career page.
· Source candidates through databases, social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), referrals, and networking events.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
· Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently hired roles.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Negotiate offers and manage pre-joining formalities in coordination with HR operations.
· Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer-to-joining ratio).
· Stay updated on trends in recruitment, employer branding, and industry best practices.

Qualification & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
· 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or
agency preferred).
· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS) and job boards.
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and
decision-making skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
manage multiple openings simultaneously.
· High level of integrity and professionalism.
