This role coordinates client development activities, manages project plans, analyzes client feedback trends, prepares reports, and supports the Commercial Team on account rollouts.
The purpose of this role is to work horizontally across Client Development to coordinate all client-focused development activity, participating wherever appropriate on the planning, implementation and follow-up of such activity. Support for client-focused activities such as growth and key account planning, as well as associated reporting (Salesforce and TRR management).

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinates all client development activity from a project management perspective; driving the planning, the cadence and efficiency of such activity
- Develops, implements and manages project plans, with the ability to create detailed work break-down structures. Ensures that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned accounts. Sets up and runs all necessary key touch-point meetings in the process
- Partners with CRC on deployment of TRR score surveys 3 times per year and develops market and LoB readouts as results are collected. Provides central analysis for Dentsu Client Development and executive team on score and feedback trends across client base and target clients, to enable tracking towards score improvement goal
- Prepares and circulates (from Salesforce) periodic Client Development status reports by Client Development Officer and LoB
- Creates and maintains an integrated master schedule for all client development initiatives
- Maintains status documentation, informing key stakeholders on project milestones, risks and assessments
- Identifies opportunities for new insights and trends that may impact business decisions, short and long-term growth, resource allocation / workforce strategy in collaboration with Client Development leadership
- Creates and manages effective, efficient metric models for SS&CM, providing the insights and analysis necessary for client segmentation and growth strategies. Lead development of client target analysis and perform ongoing maintenance / tracking for target list
- Participates in multiple, concurrent projects with external partners and internal cross-functional team members
- Conducts and synthesises research reports on industry and economic trends, the competitive landscape and key clients
- Supports Commercial Team on P&L rollouts for individual accounts, acting as key liaison on Client Development team
