Teams at United Parcel Service (UPS)

Review and analyze incentive requests for accuracy, prepare and implement pricing and incentive agreements, benchmark-market rates, ensure compliance with revenue management policies, support sales with pricing proposals and appeals, and maintain pricing systems.

Provide one-to-one customer service for UPS Preferred accounts. Analyze and resolve tracing and claim inquiries, own customer situations through resolution, perform follow-ups and make outbound calls, and communicate clearly while working with minimal supervision.

Lead country finance and accounting strategy, ensure GAAP compliance, manage profitability and business planning, oversee statutory reporting and audits, develop and coach finance teams, and provide cross-functional financial guidance to drive performance.
