Make sales calls and routine check-ins with existing and prospective customers to maintain and grow revenue; analyze historic shipping trends to ask focused questions; respond to and resolve customer issues (billing, shipping); perform other duties as assigned.

Provide onsite HR support across assigned geographies covering talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee and labor relations, performance management, HR audits, compliance, and HR administration. Manage requisitions in Workday, coordinate interviews and assessments, handle payroll inputs and statutory compliance, and support HR reporting and process improvements.
