Teams at United Parcel Service (UPS)

Supports marketing and commercial growth through country-level planning, revenue forecasting, business analytics, market intelligence, churn analysis, business cases, and performance reporting. Partners with sales, finance, operations, and leadership on strategic initiatives, new service offerings, and go-to-market programs. Develops customer communications and branding, interprets market and business data, prepares revenue simulations and regional business reviews, and provides actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Monitor and track global shipments across Marken and UPS networks, book HAWBs in Maestro, follow up on high-value and missing shipments, run daily/monthly reports, coordinate with branches/OSPs, and respond to email and alarm alerts to ensure on-time deliveries and compliance.

Provide one-to-one customer service for UPS Preferred accounts: analyze and resolve tracing and claim inquiries, own customer situations through resolution, perform follow-ups and outbound calls, and communicate clearly while working with minimal supervision.
