Processes and validates supplier invoices in NetSuite, reconciles supplier payments and allocations, investigates discrepancies, and supports month-end accounts payable reconciliations. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, deadline management, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with Finance and Operations teams. This is a one-year contract based in Mumbai with Monday-to-Saturday overnight working hours.

Manage the full lifecycle of jewellery orders and product development, coordinating CAD designers, factories, quality control, logistics, and global merchant teams. Responsibilities include raising CADs and purchase orders, reviewing designs, calculating costs, maintaining BOMs and technical specifications, tracking order status, handling exceptions, and improving operational processes. The role requires strong jewellery manufacturing knowledge, ERP and Excel proficiency, accurate costing, and proactive cross-functional communication.

Operate and maintain photography equipment (Gem Lightbox), follow SOPs, keep accurate records, ensure efficient machine operations and assist with extended-hour workflows.

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with suppliers across Mumbai and Surat, own end-to-end fulfilment (QC to dispatch & returns), maintain and reconcile inventory of diamonds and gemstones, handle exceptions and damaged goods, generate operational reports, create and improve SOPs, and contribute to BRDs and process improvement initiatives.

The Jewellery Operations Executive will manage end-to-end order execution, from quoting to delivery, ensuring efficient coordination with manufacturers and customers while identifying process improvements.

Lead India fulfilment operations end-to-end: collections, outbound shipments, export documentation, carrier and customs relationships. Own KPIs, run SQL-driven analysis and reporting, design SOPs, implement process improvements, and manage and develop the India fulfilment team while coordinating with global hubs.
