Serve as primary contact for key B2B clients, build relationships, develop strategic account plans, collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, identify cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and provide market insights to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.

Manage and grow relationships with key B2B clients through strategic account plans, cross-selling, contract negotiation, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead enterprise business development: research target markets, build pipelines, pitch and onboard clients, manage follow-ups, identify cross-sell opportunities, form partnerships, report progress, and build/lead a team of BDEs. Engage CXOs, travel within India as needed, and relay feedback to internal teams to drive growth.
