Lead presales solution design for enterprise IT infrastructure: design and size server, storage, HCI, VDI, backup/DR and MDM solutions; run POCs/demos; prepare proposals, BOMs and RFP responses; engage CXO stakeholders; coordinate OEMs and internal delivery; mentor junior staff and contribute to go-to-market and partner certification efforts.

Own Hyderabad territory to acquire new customers and grow accounts by selling IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, VDI, backup/DR). Engage CXOs and IT leaders, collaborate with pre-sales and OEM partners, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, develop strategic plans, build client relationships, generate leads, negotiate and close deals, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare proposals and report performance to senior management.

Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls and email, schedule demos, prepare quotes, maintain records in Zoho CRM, follow up on leads, support sales targets, and collaborate on proposals to close deals.

Provide L1 desktop support for 20-50 users: install/configure Windows and Microsoft Office, troubleshoot hardware, printers, networking, malware, Outlook, and Active Directory; maintain IT assets and perform preventive maintenance. Use remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC) for support.

Drive new customer acquisition and account growth for IT infrastructure solutions in Hyderabad. Sell servers, storage, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, VDI, mobility management, and backup/DR. Manage territory, build CXO-level relationships, collaborate with pre-sales and OEM partners, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and meet revenue targets.
