Provides on-premises and remote desktop support across India, troubleshooting hardware, software, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, phones, and meeting-room technology. Installs approved financial applications, maintains antivirus protection, follows data-security rules, prepares and resets laptops, manages Active Directory accounts, ships replacement devices, and supports employee onboarding and offboarding. Maintains ticket updates, IT asset reports, and monthly issue summaries while meeting defined response-time targets.

Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice and supplier invoice processing, bank reconciliations, expense reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, develop strategic plans, build client relationships, generate leads, negotiate and close deals, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare proposals and report performance to senior management.

Combine IT backup administration (Commvault/CommCell) with QA/QMS documentation and validation for pharma GxP systems: TrackWise change control, IOPQ/Network qualifications, SOPs, audits, FMECA, deviation/CAPA management, backup monitoring/restores, media management, and reporting.

Drive new customer acquisition and account growth for IT infrastructure solutions in Hyderabad. Sell servers, storage, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, VDI, mobility management, and backup/DR. Manage territory, build CXO-level relationships, collaborate with pre-sales and OEM partners, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and meet revenue targets.
