Key Responsibilities
• A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the customer base. Core duties include:
• Market Research and Analysis: Assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions and identify potential clients or partnerships.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development plans and strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners while actively seeking new clients and partnerships.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
• Reporting: Monitor business performance, report on progress to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed.
