Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and communities; screening applicants; coordinating interviews; maintaining pipelines, trackers, and dashboards; supporting offer rollouts; and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also coordinates with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and HR Operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own the end-to-end client journey, including onboarding, engagement monitoring, adoption optimization, issue resolution, feedback collection, growth opportunities, renewals, and revenue expansion. The role partners closely with clients, founders, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, influence product development, and deliver measurable outcomes using CRM, Excel, WhatsApp APIs, and marketing tools.

Drive consultative telesales and virtual sales for digital tools and marketing services. Engage leads, understand customer needs, pitch solutions, close deals, manage follow-ups and post-sale support, maintain CRM pipelines, track performance, and apply customer and market insights. The role requires at least one year of sales or business development experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
