Manage the National Outreach Program, coordinating regional and state teams, healthcare access initiatives, meetings, approvals, capacity-building activities, documentation, databases, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role supports hospital and government partnerships, maintains Salesforce project data quality, coordinates national events, and oversees project implementation and reporting across childhood cancer access-to-care programs.

The CSR Manager will identify and secure corporate fundraising opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, develop customized proposals, and cultivate long-term CSR relationships. Responsibilities include partnership negotiations, renewals, internal coordination, impact reporting, partner engagement, and maintaining fundraising MIS and pipeline reports. Success is measured by funds mobilized, new partnerships, proposal conversions, renewals, partnership growth, and quality of partner engagement.

Research prospective CSR and corporate partners in Mumbai, identify CSR opportunities, build and maintain outreach pipelines and trackers, support CSR proposals and presentations, document corporate interactions, and provide regular updates on lead generation and corporate engagement activities.
