Support day-to-day hospital accounting including statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, PT), vendor ledger reconciliation, payroll processing, banking and petty cash, and managing e-invoices. Work closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely financial operations.

Lead the hospital IT department to ensure data availability, prevent data loss, maintain infrastructure, optimize Oracle DB performance, manage backups and network security, develop disaster recovery strategies, enforce ISO compliance, train and mentor IT staff, and oversee departmental budgets and audits.

Provide clinical pharmacy services including daily inpatient rounds, prescription audits, drug interaction and adverse reaction monitoring, dose adjustments for renal/hepatic impairment, antibiotic stewardship, narcotics and formulary management, staff training, medication error reporting, crash cart checks, and ensuring compliance with hospital standards (JCI, NABH) and regulatory storage/temperature requirements.
