Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Maintain regular correspondence with international hospitals, companies, doctors, and medical tourism firms. Act as a single point of contact for foreign cardiologists, physicians, and coordinators.
- Business Development: Develop international patient business by creating tie-ups with global doctors and hospitals. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to expand our reach in target countries.
- Coordination & Support: Facilitate smooth hospital stays for international patients and their families. Address queries from overseas patients and medical tourism companies promptly and professionally.
- Events & Outreach: Organize events to promote medical tourism, ensuring that information about Asian Heart Institute's facilities reaches international doctors, patients, and decision-makers.
- Feedback & Relationships: Maintain records of feedback from referring doctors and ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
- Travel: Travel internationally for business development and client engagement as needed.
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university, with a preference for MBA, MHA, or DHA.
- 2+ years of experience in international business development / sales / marketing for healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with international doctors and patient facilitators.
