Role Summary

We are looking for a super energetic HR Business Partner to join our founding team. The

candidate will directly report to our Head of HR / Founder and handle all non-recruitment

HR activities in Truva.

What you’ll do:

The candidate will own all processes for onboarding, engagement, productivity and exit

for all corporate employees.

What we’re looking for:

● Energetic individuals with 2+ years of HRBP experience in product based startups

● Comfort and high expertise in excel based tracking and data management

● High level of communication and rallying skills
