Role: HR Lead

Founded in 2023, by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva aims to build the most delightful and trustworthy home buying experience in India (akin to Spinny for Homes). Their comprehensive home buying platform, enables the buyer journey end to end, right from discovery of renovated houses and arranging home visits, to ensuring all legal and financial support. Their offering has enabled them to build the company profitably from Day 1 and raise from marquee investors.
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Lead to join our founding team. The candidate will directly report to Ankit Gupta (co-Founder) and lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee happiness and productivity.
The candidate will:
- Design and implement all processes for recruitment, onboarding, employee happiness and productivity.
- Work closely with all 3 cofounders.
- Lead a team of 2 people currently (1 recruiter and 1 HRBP)
- Own all HR metrics (around TA and employee NPS)
- Be an individual contributor for > 50% of time
- Scout, evaluate, compare and implement tools for different HR processes
- Design, document, implement and iterate HR processes end to end
What we’re looking for:
- Energetic individuals with 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in product based startups or companies
- Should have lead at least one HR function in their last place of work.
- Should have high level of communication (both verbal and written)
- Should have high level of comfort with new age tools
