Manage end-to-end HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, training, employee relations, engagement, and HR strategy implementation. The role supports recruitment across sales, project, and support functions while maintaining HRMS updates and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Handle recruitment for sales, project, and support functions; manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates. Follow the complete employee life cycle from Recruitment to Exit.
- Performance Management: Support appraisal cycles, goal setting.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for sales and project teams.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, foster a positive work culture, and support conflict resolution.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- HR Strategy Support: Implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements
Qualification :
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
