1. Payroll & Operations
End-to-end Payroll: Process monthly wages for 700+ blue-collar staff (on-roll & contractual).
Attendance: Manage biometric/muster logs and handle complex Overtime (OT) calculations.
Lifecycle: Manage onboarding (appointment letters) to exits (Full & Final within 48 hours).
2. Statutory Compliance
PF/ESIC/PT: Monthly challan generation, ECR filing, and member registration.
LWF: Handling half-yearly Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF) submissions.
Registers: Maintain mandatory Form A, B, C, and D under the New Labour Codes 2026.
Audits: Coordinate with Labour Inspectors for Factory/Shop Act inspections.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 4–5 years specifically in Blue-Collar/Industrial HR.
Technical: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots) + Knowledge of the 50% Basic Pay Rule.
Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory for worker interaction.
Proximity: Candidates residing between Borivali and Andheri will be preferred.
