Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients by identifying prospects, conducting financial
need assessments, and presenting financial planning and
investment solutions as per standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding
financial goals and delivering customized wealth solutions.
• Advise individuals on informed financial decisions to support
long-term financial security and growth.
• Deliver expert guidance on financial planning, investment
strategies, and comprehensive wealth management aligned to
client needs.
• Remain updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and
industry best practices to provide timely and relevant advice.
• Evaluate financial data, monitor client portfolios, and refine
financial plans to enhance outcomes.
• Represent Finnovate at conferences, client meetings, and industry
forums to promote financial literacy and brand visibility.
• Own and drive branch-level revenue targets, ensuring consistent
achievement of business goals.
• Analyze sales performance, lead conversion metrics, product
effectiveness, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities
and improve productivity.
• Prepare, review, and present performance reports, dashboards, and
business forecasts for management decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the internal sales team and channel
partners to achieve high performance and accountability.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations while ensuring
adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• CFP certification is preferred
• Should have a NISM XA – XB qualification
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial advisory or
related fields
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies,
and wealth management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, superior
communication and interpersonal skills to educate and engage
clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and
provide strategic recommendations.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others
achieve financial success.
Years of Experience: 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
