Drive revenue and orders for the Gas Detection product line in the Mumbai region by managing key accounts, O&G customers, consultants, OEMs and channel partners. Develop account plans, expand channel network, motivate partners, report monthly performance, and pursue business development and product promotion to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Responsibilities
- Foster a trust-based relationships with Operations and Solution consultant team, to deliver the results.
- Meeting Order and revenue targets on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for Gas Detection Product line .
- Would be covering Mumbai Region with more focus on O&G customers , Consultants and Contractors , OEMs .
- Will also focus on Business development and Product promotion in with key accounts / New verticals
- Develop customized account plans that align with company’s business goals .
- Driving sales efficiency and driving Channels
- Drive monthly reporting and linearity in orders.
- Identifying gaps in the current coverage and expand channel network to bring in incremental order growth.
- Motivating the Channels to demonstrate account management to sell more within accounts.
- Customer Focused: Drives customer acquisition, development, experience, and retention.
- Address new business opportunities with appropriate business and talent strategy.
- Minimum years of experience, minimum education, minimum skills
- Total 10 to 15 years’ experience in driving order growth, in a territory/ product line for process industry, Oil and GAS Industry.
- Handling diversified OEM accounts, Sales through Channel Partners shall be a key experience preferred.
- Experience in Gas Detection portfolio is preferred.
- Demonstrate good channel management skills and lead a high performing culture .
- Should have minimum Engineering graduation in Electronics / Instrumentation
- Strong communicator with ability to influence and drive actions, collaborative management style.
- Honesty and integrity in all dealings is a must.
