Join Ericsson's Managed Services Delivery Platform (MSDP) Solution Development team, responsible for the Workforce Management (WFM) product used to manage field operations, work orders, scheduling, and service delivery across multi-customer and multi-country networks. This role will drive end-to-end product ownership, solution design, development, and lifecycle management, ensuring continuous product improvements and alignment with evolving business requirements.
What You Will Do
Lead solution design, development, and delivery for WFM products, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, perform gap analysis, estimations, and solution documentation.
Own the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design reviews, development, testing, deployment, and customer acceptance.
Act as the technical lead and key interface between customers, product owners, release managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
Drive security, performance, capacity planning, risk management, and adherence to project SLAs.
Support integrations, third-party solutions, customer implementations, training, and go-live activities while ensuring agile delivery practices.
You Will Bring
Strong experience with Workforce Management solutions, preferably IFS FSM & PSO, including administration, customization, business rule configuration, and solution architecture.
Expertise in .NET (C#), Oracle Database, Web Services, XML/XSL, IIS, AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and enterprise integrations.
Hands-on experience across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and technical leadership.
Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible), Agile methodologies, and telecom operations frameworks such as ITIL/eTOM.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, customer-facing, documentation, and leadership skills in global and matrixed environments.
