Design and deliver end-to-end ENM/OSS solutions for Tier-1 telecom customers: gather requirements, scope solutions, develop proposals and presentations, support deployments, integrate OSS/NMS systems, liaise with R&D and lead customer engagements.

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot CS Core and subscriber management network elements to ensure service availability and performance. The Head ASP Management is responsible for procurement of ASP services, vendor relationships, contractual compliance, quality delivery, and supplier performance evaluation while driving cost efficiency and improvements in service delivery processes.

Design, govern, and operate cloud-native infrastructure and CNIS platforms (Kubernetes/CCD). Lead platform architecture, multi-cluster strategies, capacity planning, DR, IaC/GitOps adoption, observability (Prometheus/Grafana), storage and SDN integration, and hands-on Linux, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Own end-to-end contract lifecycles including strategy, negotiation, execution, compliance, change control, dispute resolution, renewals, and stakeholder alignment; mitigate commercial risks and support commercialization of cloud, private network, and AI offerings.

The Support Engineer Cloud provides solutions for customer-reported issues, ensures service level adherence, and manages software updates. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining stakeholder relations, and participating in sales engagements, this role demands extensive knowledge of cloud technologies and excellent communication skills.

Provide technical support for 4G/5G RAN customer issues: diagnose, troubleshoot, isolate faults, escalate per SLAs, participate on-site, support security reviews, join 24/7 on-call roster, and drive problem resolution to restore network stability.
