Design and deliver end-to-end ENM/OSS solutions for Tier-1 telecom customers: gather requirements, scope solutions, develop proposals and presentations, support deployments, integrate OSS/NMS systems, liaise with R&D and lead customer engagements.

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot CS Core and subscriber management network elements to ensure service availability and performance. Collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams for incident resolution, KPI analysis, traffic management, and operational support across multi-vendor environments. Support 24x7 operations and manage incident, ticket, and work order processes to maintain customer experience.

The Head ASP Management is responsible for procurement of ASP services, vendor relationships, contractual compliance, quality delivery, and supplier performance evaluation while driving cost efficiency and improvements in service delivery processes.
