Directs complex 5G and 4G Core and Cloud engagements from scoping through delivery in a multi-vendor environment. Leads global teams, governance, project controls, stakeholder relationships, risk mitigation, change management, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The role requires telecom Core and Cloud delivery expertise, virtualized and containerized network function experience, deployment automation, executive communication, and strong customer and financial management skills.

The Head ASP Management is responsible for procurement of ASP services, vendor relationships, contractual compliance, quality delivery, and supplier performance evaluation while driving cost efficiency and improvements in service delivery processes.

Leads Ericsson Network Rollout service-line build and end-to-end delivery for large-scale telecom programs. Oversees technical solutioning, resource and vendor management, automation, budgets, profitability, quality, safety compliance, customer escalations, and acceptance. Provides technical leadership across multi-vendor RAN, transport, microwave, optical, and 4G/5G modernization, swap, migration, and integration programs while developing delivery models, capabilities, KPIs, and organizational competence.
