Lead requirements gathering and documentation, analyze operational metrics with SQL/Excel, recommend process improvements, bridge stakeholders and developers, and support UAT and validation to ensure scoped, efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to document functional and technical needs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze metrics, budgets, and operational performance using SQL or Excel.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and recommend cost-saving fixes.
- Communication: Bridge the gap between non-technical management and technical developers.
- Testing & Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks.
Requirements Management
- Gather requirements: Meet with stakeholders through interviews and workshops to capture business needs.
- Document specifications: Write clear functional and non-functional requirements or user stories.
- Manage scope: Prevent scope creep by setting realistic project boundaries
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI), and requirements management tools (Jira).
- Analytical Skills: Data analysis, cost-benefit analysis, modeling business processes, and root-cause problem solving.
- Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, stakeholder collaboration, active listening, and adaptability to change
