Senior Process Manager

• Lead a team of AI solution architects and provide strategic direction for AI-related projects.
• Design and implement agentic AI architectures and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing processes and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and BFSI domains, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of AI-powered solutions, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and scalability.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for AI-related projects, ensuring data security and privacy.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance within AI initiatives.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in AI solution architecture, with a maximum of 18 years.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in BFSI domain, with a focus on AI applications.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in AI development tools and technologies, including machine learning frameworks and programming languages.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
