- Be the link between Business and R&D for a part of our UMAX product portfolio.
- Manage customer expectations and translate business requirements into clear application solutions using Agile story techniques.
- Be responsible for the budget, value, and quality of your requirements.
- Play a pivotal role in the Scrum team: refine stories, align priorities, and support a steady delivery cadence.
- Document, train, and guide stakeholders in adopting new product software.
- Must-have
- 5-10 years of experience as a functional analyst, product owner or equivalent role.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably inapplied sciences, economics, science or equivalent experience.
- Interest in ERP/CIS and the functional domains related to the utilities industry.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English—able to distill business and functional topics into clear messages.
- Nice-to-have
- Experience in the utility sector.
- Agile Product Owner certification.
- Agile story techniques.
- Understanding of the Agile Manifesto.
- Knowledge of application development, preferably with a product-oriented approach rather than project one-offs.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance, D365 Customer Insights, orD365 Power Platform.
