Senior Executive- Account Management

Job Description:

Dentsu is looking for a proactive and client-focused Senior Executive – Account Management (Digital) to join our Mumbai team and work on a leading automobile brand.

We are looking for a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in digital/social media marketing, preferably within an agency or brand ecosystem. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of social media management, content strategy, digital reporting, and campaign execution.

Location: Worli, Mumbai

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

• Coordinate with creative, content, media, and strategy teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns

• Develop and manage content calendars, approval trackers, and project timelines

• Monitor social media and ORM performance across platforms

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations

• Track campaign performance and analyze audience behavior and content effectiveness

• Support influencer campaigns and paid media coordination where required

• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations

• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and status reports

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or account management

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the digital ecosystem

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social analytics tools, ORM reporting, and campaign tracking

• Good understanding of content performance and audience behavior

• Basic knowledge of paid media and influencer marketing

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment with quick turnaround timelines

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.
