Job Title:- Recruiter
Position summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions within the organization. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers, HRBP to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the company’s growth by bringing in the right people at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across departments
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job portals,social media, employee referrals, networking, and other channels
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and screening to offer negotiation till onboarding
- Maintain job descriptions and ensure all postings are consistent and aligned with company branding
- Conduct initial resume screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback collection
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG/Ultipro)
- Develop and maintain a Hiring dashboard and analytics framework to track key recruitment metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and schedule induction sessions to ensure smooth new-hire transitions and effective cross-functional orientation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring practices throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring, source effectiveness) to improve hiring efficiency
- Assist in refining recruitment processes, tools, and best practices for improved efficiency and candidate experience (HR Roadmap Project)
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer approvals from the Global stakeholders, offer rollouts.
- Promote and enhance CIRCOR’s employer brand by delivering a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience.
- Track and maintain structured recruitment dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate the Onboarding process to ensure smooth new-hire transitions.
- Schedule induction sessions to provide cross-functional orientation as proposed by the Hiring Manager.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide necessary resources, tools, and support for new employees to be productive from day one.
- Monitor and track new hire integration during the initial months.
- Act as the first point of contact for new joiners, addressing queries and ensuring an engaging experience.
- Gather feedback to refine and continuously improve the onboarding process.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors / master’s degree in human resources.
- Bachelors with minimum 3+ years of experience in human resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with databases and HR tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting
