Previous experience: End-to-end recruiting experience for corporate seller roles in IT or SaaS environment
Location: Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore (no relocation provided)

The job

We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist) to support the recruiting of Commercial positions in India, Southeast Asia and Pacific. This position requires someone who can pipeline, attract and close candidates for Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) roles like Account Managers, Business Development, Channel Sales and Customer Sucess in an Enterprise Software or IT domain. .

The ideal candidate must have knowledge of regulations governing hiring and applicant tracking systems and have a strong commitment to diversifying the workforce. He / she should be able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates and other internal stakeholders to ensure positive People experience and effectively fill requisitions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events

  • Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers

  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish

  • Build a strong network of professional relationships with current and potential employees and industry contacts

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and be aware of job market changes to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent

  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and improve the recruitment process continuously

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and build strong relationships

  • Ensure fair, equal opportunity and unbiased recruitment process that demonstrates AVEVA commitments to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing for People

Essential capabilities & skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales or GTM Recruiter or in a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communications

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills through the use of Linkedin and other tools

  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws for one of more countries in India, Southeast Asia and Australia

  • Familiar in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday

  • Ability to build strong relationships with sales candidates and Commercial stakeholders

  • Core skills in storytelling, talent assessment, and negotiation

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information

Essential experience

  • 6+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product domain with a sizable global backdrop

  • High familiarity in Enterprise IT or Software sales or ability to attract top sales talents in niche domains

Hybrid working
