Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines. Coordinate and prioritize project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items with all collaborators.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, ensuring optimal resource allocation and prioritization of high-impact tasks.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Act as the liaison between project teams and collaborators, including customers. Facilitate effective communication, ensuring collaboration among team members. Prepare and distribute essential project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Using the Innovation Center to drive value: Make the most of the Center for Innovation by continuously tracking and optimizing the return on investment. Gather and analyze project performance data, producing detailed reports that offer actionable insights and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitoring, Reporting, & Compliance: Manage project progress, tracking breakthroughs and deadlines to ensure they align with project objectives. Proactively identify risks or issues, addressing them promptly. Generate and analyze project metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with project documentation standards, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Closely monitor project development, identifying and mitigating risks early to maintain momentum. Provide administrative support and assist in resolving conflicts or issues. Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to keep the project on track.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency by keeping all collaborators informed about project progress, breakthroughs, and financial performance. Promote continuous improvement through clear and open communication of project updates.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven Project Management Experience: Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  • Outstanding Coordination & Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external collaborators, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Task Management & Optimization: Skilled in tracking progress, managing priorities, and optimizing the completion of tasks to meet deadlines and fulfill obligations.
  • Expertise in process improvement: Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing standard methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly identify challenges and develop effective solutions, using data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: In-depth knowledge of project management software and tools to streamline processes and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ability to Thrive Under Pressure: Capable of working effectively in high-pressure environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Outstanding Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Highly organized with an outstanding focus on detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are meticulously planned and completed.

Job Requirement:

  • Experience – Minimum 6 years’ experience in Project management roles (preferably Life science, Diagnostics, Medical devices).
  • Education – MBA Strategy, Marketing, Operations specializations preferred, post-graduation/ graduation in Life sciences will be an advantage.
  • Skills – Experience in dealing with cross functional teams, digital tools, data analytics, making meaningful data insights, preparing dashboards, effective presentations, executive summary.
  • Soft skills – SFDC, Power Bi, database tools, statistical tools, Project management tools, Gantt chart, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
  • Travel frequency – 20%
