Job Description
Develop, monitors, updates, communicates, and implement plans for your department projects. You will implement project management process including scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance. You will also serve as liaison among clients, technical and internal departments to expedite project processes.

- Project Management including resource planning and management, preparing resource plans and the monitoring of overall efforts
- Manage client expectations around delivery and associated reporting
- We are Looking for Person with Indian Banks Experience Minimum of 4 yrs.
- Interview internal and external clients determines project priorities.
- Develop lists of tasks, define their interdependencies, assign resources, and track task progress to completion.
- Determine specific project deliverables, define the process for the approval of deliverables, and specify quality criteria for deliverables assessment following SOW.
- Define project scope subject to management approval, establish the process for altering the scope, and respond to requests for changes to the scope.
- Build time estimates, develops project schedule, and address scheduling problems as they arise.
- Estimates project costs, prepares budget recommendations, and monitors and reports project performance to budget constraints.
- You will be Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Identify alternatives on handling issues that threaten the successful completion of the project within deadline.
- Monitor and reports project progress to goals in timeframes, scope, quality, costs and risks. Receive information on project status, changes and issues. Identify potential sources for solutions, and contacts appropriate parties to initiate action.
- Identify areas within the department where process improvements may benefit project performance.
- You will be Manage external contractors, consultants, projects, project teams, and managing the quality and timeliness of outputs
Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software and computer processes and PC desktop applications.
- Proficient in your team products and operations & knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting department industry (BFSI)
- Good project management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (CAPM)
- Provide technical consultation on new development, enhancements, bug fixes and deployment and involve in complete product life cycle
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects
- You will be Familiar with technology stack like cloud services, web-services, microservices, cloud platform
