Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data using Excel and SQL 
• Track trends and identify shifts in channel performance over time 
• Perform financial analysis including plan vs actuals, pacing, and ROI contribution  
• Develop weekly and monthly performance reports 
• Work with Adobe Analytics and Tableau for reporting and visualization 
• Interpret digital channel metrics and provide actionable recommendations 
• Translate complex datasets into clear, business-friendly outputs 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Excel and SQL skills 
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Tableau 
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics 
• Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition 
• Ability to communicate insights clearly
• Experience in Banking Domain.
