Process Manager

a) Develop and implement the change management enablement plan which includes Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Communications and Training Strategies and User Adoption

 b) Ensure alignment of Change Management activities with overall IT project timeline and track and report key milestones, dependencies, assess change readiness and mitigate any risks in advance of go-lives; 

c) Strategically plan key adoption metrics the business should track to ensure implemented solutions have a return on investment and address adoption challenges as they arise; 

d) Drive continuous improvement of internal change management processes.
