We are looking for a strategic and driven professional to join us as Manager (Strategy), playing a key
role in shaping the organization’s growth and direction. This role provides direct exposure to
leadership interactions, high-impact projects, and strategic decision-making. It is well suited for

Key responsibilities
o Lead and drive new and emerging initiatives, thereby contributing to high impact opportunities
for the organization.
o Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization in close
collaboration with the leadership team.
o Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to generate insights that inform strategic
decisions and future growth.
o Design and implement structured solutions by improving processes, integrating tools, and
strengthening workflows to enable better outcomes.
o Partner with cross functional teams to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and enable
effective execution of key initiatives.
o Coordinate with internal teams to drive execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of
strategic projects.
o Prepare strategic briefs, reports, and presentations to support leadership discussions and
decision making
Requirements
o CA, MBA, or Law graduate are desirable or any degree in the related field;
o 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy related roles such as Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff team,
management consulting, or early-stage startup environments
o Ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives from planning to execution
o Structured approach to problem solving with the ability to make quick, well-reasoned decisions
o Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply and implement AI driven solutions to improve
workflows and productivity.
o Strong research and business analysis capabilities
