Provides administrative and operational support within Maersk’s customer experience and logistics services functions. Work may include customer channel support, case management, onboarding assistance, relationship administration, contract and dispute support, and other standardized operational tasks. The role handles limited-scope work under supervision, follows established procedures, uses independent judgment within defined guidelines, and escalates non-routine issues.
APM TerminalsCustomer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
- Customer channel management
- Case Management
- Customer onboarding and relationship management
- Contract and dispute management
