Support and manage SCM operations and customer experience by coordinating with shippers and internal teams, resolving operational queries, managing onboarding and relationships, handling invoicing and FCR processes, coordinating customer channels and cases, and supporting contract and dispute activities. Bengali language proficiency required.

Manage end-to-end tender and contract lifecycle for SCM products: create and update contracts in SAP and Athena, ensure master data integrity, monitor data quality and KPIs, build rate templates, reconcile system interfaces, train stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet tender timelines and customer requirements.

Resolve customer invoice disputes for ocean shipments by investigating upstream shipment history, determining root cause, coordinating with internal stakeholders, processing system amendments, communicating resolutions to customers, and recording outcomes to prevent recurrence.

Serve as single point of contact for assigned SCM customers, coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, managing escalations, monitoring KPIs, producing performance reports, supporting billing and financial reconciliation, and driving process improvements and digital adoption to enhance customer experience and operational reliability.

Coordinate global stakeholders, shipyards, OEMs and classification societies, ensure regulatory compliance, safety, schedule adherence, and quality while providing technical leadership on marine electrical, automation, navigation and control system installations.

Lead and develop regional SME teams to drive adoption, implementation, and stabilization of global platforms and operating models. Oversee SCP migrations, prioritize initiatives, ensure operational readiness, and partner with stakeholders to deliver process standardization, capability building, and continuous improvement across the region.

Lead deployment and scaling of operational excellence across IMEA logistics: implement OpEx frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), run diagnostics and Kaizen workshops, drive KPI-led execution, enable change management and digital adoption, build OpEx capability, and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable cost, quality, safety, and delivery improvements.
