The Role: HR Intern
What You’ll Own
Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key people metrics and trends
Maintain, clean, and update employee data across HR systems with 100% accuracy
Analyze large HR datasets using Excel/Google Sheets to generate insights for leadership
Identify process gaps using data audits and support automation/simplification of manual workflows
Who You Are
Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
Familiar with HR systems/tools (e.g., Darwinbox) — a strong plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive data responsibly
Strong communicator with solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
