We are looking for an HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, and engagement activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting employees and leadership, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit management.
- Ensure strong HR compliance, policy implementation, and timely execution of organisational processes.
- Drive payroll-related coordination: salary changes, deductions, reimbursements, and vendor billing.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Support performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievance handling.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Admin, Leadership) for smooth HR operations.
- Lead employee engagement, communication initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Manage vendor relationships for corporate services, benefits, and office-related requirements.
- Recommend process enhancements and digital solutions to strengthen HR effectiveness.
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and payroll coordination
- Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory requirements, and documentation standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience handling employee queries and escalations
- Proficiency in HRMS/HR tools and strong process management capability
- Must handle sourcing and recruitment activities as required by the business.
Qualification- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
