We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Leader to build, transform, and lead a modern enterprise IT function. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on establishing scalable processes, governance frameworks, service management standards, and operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-user computing, IT service management, cloud administration, office infrastructure, vendor management, and IT governance while building a customer-centric IT culture. This role requires a hands-on leader who can create structure, drive accountability, and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency, security, and business continuity.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of the IT function by establishing SOPs, SLAs, service catalogs, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
  • Manage end-user computing services, including device lifecycle management, helpdesk operations, software deployment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee office IT infrastructure, including network administration, firewall management, connectivity, hardware support, and vendor coordination.
  • Administer and govern cloud environments, ensuring secure account management, resource optimization, cost monitoring, and compliance.
  • Manage enterprise SaaS platforms, software licensing, subscription governance, utilization tracking, and vendor contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain IT governance practices, including CMDB management, asset tracking, access controls, security policies, and compliance readiness.
  • Drive cybersecurity awareness and collaborate with external security partners to strengthen risk management and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while fostering a culture of accountability, documentation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor service performance through defined KPIs, incident management processes, and regular operational reviews.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure IT services effectively support organizational goals and growth initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 10–14 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or technology leadership roles, including experience leading enterprise IT functions.
  • Proven track record of building or transforming IT organizations, implementing governance frameworks, and driving operational maturity.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM platforms, service delivery management, asset management, and vendor governance.
  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise networks, cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and IT infrastructure operations.
  • Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance standards, cybersecurity practices, and service management methodologies.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills across technology, infrastructure, and security partners.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.
  • Ability to establish structure, drive process discipline, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with experience handling critical incidents and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Certifications or exposure to ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC2, MDM solutions, and enterprise collaboration platforms are advantageous.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to align technology, processes, and business objectives to create a scalable and secure IT foundation.
