Provide high-trust administrative support to the Director: manage calendar and travel, draft and format documents, take shorthand/dictation, coordinate across teams and vendors, track and close tasks through relentless follow-up, and handle occasional personal errands.

Lead end-to-end privacy and data protection engagements, perform application-level DPDP and global privacy assessments, produce implementation-ready deliverables (DFDs, RoPA, DPIAs), map data flows, recommend PETs and controls, integrate privacy into engineering lifecycles, advise on consent and cross-border transfers, mentor teams, and build privacy consulting methodologies and practice capabilities.

Build and maintain detailed financial models (LBO, DCF, comparables) to support forecasting, budgeting, investment evaluation and M&A. Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of financial outputs to inform strategic decisions.

Hunt and acquire new BFSI enterprise clients for IT services and AI-led solutions. Build pipeline, manage end-to-end complex sales cycles, engage CXO stakeholders, collaborate with pre-sales and delivery, negotiate commercials, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery while meeting new-logo and revenue KPIs.

Visit assigned merchants daily, build and maintain merchant relationships, persuade merchants to use the Benow app for affordability transactions, achieve GMV targets, handle merchant objections, gather market intelligence, and report to sales leaders. Requires extensive state-level travel.

Support planning and executing field, brand, and digital marketing campaigns, events, and webinars. Prepare trackers and operational updates, resolve documentation or shipment issues, and ensure timely, compliant export deliveries.

Design and deliver polished business presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote. Create templates, convert raw content into branded slides, perform quality checks, collaborate with global stakeholders, and use Adobe Creative Suite as needed to enhance visual assets while managing projects end-to-end.

Lead outbound inside sales to drive GMV and revenue growth across merchant portfolio by improving activation, transaction frequency, product adoption, and engagement. Build and scale sales teams, define outbound strategies, monitor KPIs, optimize operations and CRM use, collaborate cross-functionally, and use analytics for forecasting and performance improvement.

Lead end-to-end presales engagements for cloud transformation: run discovery workshops, design AWS-based solutions, prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and techno-commercial proposals, present to senior stakeholders, support demos, negotiations, and maintain presales pipeline and partner relationships to close deals.

Lead domestic B2B business development to drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads, managing the full sales lifecycle, building strategic client relationships, preparing forecasts, and collaborating cross-functionally. Use consultative selling to win enterprise accounts and represent the company at industry events. Sports industry experience is a plus.

Support day-to-day privacy operations and governance, manage and maintain ROPA, coordinate stakeholders, track privacy initiatives, prepare MIS/dashboards and executive reports, assist vendor assessments and privacy training, and ensure timely resolution of privacy issues aligned with DPDPA requirements.
