Deliver projects, support implementations, prepare technical presentations and reports, perform data modelling/cleansing, produce maps/visualizations, assist planning teams with analytics and training, and manage customer trials and feedback.

Manage assigned client relationships as primary contact; translate requirements into project briefs, coordinate cross-functional creative teams, plan timelines, track progress, ensure on-time, quality deliverables, handle feedback and revisions, maintain documentation, support proposals/quotations, and identify upsell opportunities.

Analyze and validate large structured and unstructured datasets, design and maintain graph-based data models in Neo4j, implement Graph RAG solutions, enforce data governance (quality, metadata, lineage), build dashboards and reports, profile and cleanse data, optimize pipelines and queries, and collaborate with stakeholders to support knowledge graphs and AI-driven data discovery.
