Manage and grow major modern trade and organized retail accounts. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, achieving revenue and profitability targets, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring inventory and store execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying growth opportunities, conducting account reviews, resolving customer issues, forecasting demand, and reporting performance.

The Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, planning, performance, profitability, cash generation, reporting, audit, taxation, treasury, governance, risk management, and finance systems. The role will build and lead the finance function, oversee ERP and POS integration, and prepare the restaurant chain for IPO readiness, financial due diligence, and capital-market activities. The CFO reports to the Managing Director or CEO and supports a rapidly expanding multi-location business.

Lead the end-to-end HR function for a multi-plant manufacturing group, including HR strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, employee and industrial relations, learning and development, compensation, performance management, engagement, leadership development, and HR infrastructure. Serve as a strategic advisor to promoters and senior leadership while standardizing HR practices across plant and corporate locations.
