Lead legal activities for commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, leave and license agreements, and sales of commercial assets. Draft, negotiate, and finalize transaction documents; advise business teams; manage stamp duty, registration, MahaRERA, and other regulatory compliance; coordinate with brokers, clients, counsel, and advisors; identify risks; support transaction structuring and deal closure; and stay current on Maharashtra real estate laws.

Lead strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities for a BFSI-focused education and leadership development institution. Build relationships with senior banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, and corporate stakeholders; evaluate market trends; lead cross-functional projects; develop engagement models, proposals, and executive communications; and establish scalable processes that support institutional growth and industry engagement.
