Group Head – D&IT Specialist (Finance) - Mumbai

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Finance Digital & IT initiatives as a Group Head –D&IT Specialist (Finance). This is a leadership role requiring deep SAP Finance expertise and proven ability to align business needs with technology-driven solutions.

Title: Group Head – D&IT Specialist (Finance)

location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support

• Configure & manage Indian GST & Taxation scenarios

• Provide functional expertise across FICO, TRM, VIM, FM, and REFX

• Drive automation, optimization, and seamless integration with MM, SD, PS, HR, PM

• Mentor and guide SAP Finance teams; ensure smooth knowledge transfer & training

• Ensure application governance aligned with ITIL standards

• Support mergers/migration activities and configuration

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in SAP FICO (mandatory)

• Hands-on experience in TRM, VIM, FM, REFX

• In-depth knowledge of Indian GST & Taxation in SAP

• Proven track record in SAP full-cycle implementations & rollouts

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Industry experience in Power / Utility sector (mandatory)

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 15 years overall experience (at least 5 years in Finance Domain + 10 years in SAP)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA with SAP specialization

SAP Certification preferred

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years (at least 5 years in Finance Domain + minimum 10 years in SAP)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA with SAP FICO, TRM, VIM, FM, REFX (SAP Certification preferred)
