We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Governance Leader to transform and modernize the organization's IT function. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building scalable IT processes, governance frameworks, service management capabilities, and operational excellence from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will lead the end-user computing environment, office infrastructure, cloud administration, vendor ecosystem, and IT governance initiatives while driving a culture of accountability, documentation, and service excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can assess existing operations, implement best practices, establish measurable service standards, and create a customer-focused IT organization that supports business growth.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and transform the overall IT function, establishing governance frameworks, service catalogs, SLAs, and operational processes.
  • Manage end-user computing services, including device provisioning, lifecycle management, helpdesk operations, software deployment, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Oversee office infrastructure, networking, firewall administration, connectivity, and hardware environments to ensure reliable business operations.
  • Administer cloud environments at an organizational level, including account governance, security controls, access management, cost monitoring, and reporting.
  • Manage enterprise SaaS platforms, software licensing, vendor contracts, renewals, utilization tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Build and maintain IT governance practices, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), asset management, access controls, and policy enforcement.
  • Drive IT security readiness by collaborating with security partners and supporting compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001 and SOC2 preparedness.
  • Lead incident management, problem resolution, service improvements, and operational reporting.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, ISPs, hardware providers, SaaS partners, and external service providers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish documentation standards, SOPs, operational playbooks, and knowledge management processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align IT services with organizational objectives and operational needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 10–14 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or IT Service Management, including leadership experience managing enterprise IT functions.
  • Proven track record of building or transforming IT operations, governance frameworks, service catalogs, SLAs, and CMDB practices.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, technology procurement, and service provider governance.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall administration, and enterprise infrastructure management.
  • Experience managing cloud environments, particularly AWS account administration, governance, security, and cost management.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT controls, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent incident management, problem-solving, and operational leadership capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with ITIL practices, ISO 27001, SOC2 readiness, MDM solutions, and enterprise SaaS administration is highly desirable.
  • A process-oriented leader who values documentation, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
