EXL's Insurance Innovation and New Market Solutions team is built to work differently from the rest of the organization. We are reshaping how EXL goes to market — moving from selling effort to selling outcomes, and positioning the company as an AI-first product business. We are looking for a Go-to-Market Lead to own how that story is told and shown: through standout design, sharp messaging, and content the rest of the company will want to copy.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with real creative freedom. You will set the bar for what great looks like.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Creative direction. Full creative liberty over the design and visualization of client pitches, thought leadership, and every client-facing material — making EXL look and feel like an AI-first product company.
  • Brand & messaging. Craft the team's brand voice and value proposition, and bring it to life consistently across everything we put in front of clients.
  • Partner & analyst content. Build joint go-to-market materials with partners such as Microsoft and AWS, and with leading industry analysts.
  • Pursuit support. Work closely with EXL's marketing and sales teams to track and support every key client pursuit across the funnel — from first lead to signed deal — using Salesforce for pipeline visibility.
