Lead development of LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows: implement RAG pipelines, vector DB integrations, prompt orchestration, AI agents, and REST microservices. Optimize inference, deployment (containers/CI-CD/cloud), and evaluate model accuracy/hallucination. Debug performance issues and document designs.

Design and implement scalable AI architectures, oversee model development, optimize system performance, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide technical leadership to development teams and stakeholders.

Lead design and implementation of scalable AI systems: choose foundation models, build context layers and agentic loops, ensure harness testing and production observability, collaborate with product teams, and mentor AI engineers.

Lead client engagements to deliver data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation; manage teams, develop client relationships, and drive business outcomes and growth.
