Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, engaging visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

·       Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns, including banners, thumbnails, carousels, infographics, and marketing creatives.

·       Develop creatives for internal and external communication while maintaining Finnovate’s brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and overall design consistency.

·       Adapt designs into different formats and sizes as required across digital platforms.

·       Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements and incorporate feedback efficiently.

·       Use AI tools for image generation, ideation, creative enhancement, and improving design workflows and turnaround time.

·       Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and creative best practices.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
  • Good understanding of social media design and digital content.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and working through multiple iterations.
  • Creative, collaborative, and practical approach to work.

 

 

Tools Expected

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Canva
  • AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday
(Alternate Saturdays are off)

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Employees working on Sundays are eligible for 1 compensatory off.
