Job Role: The Equity Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients, advising them on equity investments, and ensuring their portfolios are aligned with their financial goals. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio management, and providing market insights to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including HNIs and retail investors.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and provide research-backed equity and derivatives advisory.
• Regularly review and optimize client portfolios to maximize returns and manage risks.
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, company reports, and economic developments.
• Ensure all transactions comply with SEBI guidelines and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
• Recommend re-balancing strategies to manage risks and improve portfolio performance.
• Engage clients through regular updates, market insights, and educational sessions to build trust and loyalty.
• Provide investment recommendations and market insights based on global developments, including US markets, to help     clients make informed decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior relationship managers or advisors to achieve collective business goals.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
• Ensure the team adheres to compliance standards, client servicing guidelines, and company policies.

Qualification & Skills: 

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• NISM certifications (Research Analyst & Research Derivatives) (XA-XB) – Mandatory.
• 5–7 years of experience in equity dealing, wealth management, or relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and analytical skills.
• Research & Portfolio management exp of 45
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills esp of HN worth clientele.
