Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong capability in data modeling and analytics within enterprise software environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing analytics platforms to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex system landscapes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices in cloud-based solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
